Have anyone of you done the hair elemental test check Andy Cutler's counting rules for mercury poisoning?
I did and according to the counting rules I have bad mercury poisoning, now I feel so confused, is this what's been my problem all the time? Has this caused the pois etc etc..

but how diid you contract this mercury poisoning ?
People who has this real poisoning from mercury didn't have the POIS ....
I don't think so this is the real cause of the POIS

I don't know how I contracted it or if I even have it.. but according to Andy Cutler's counting rules I for sure have Mercury poisoning, now how reliable they are I have no idea about.

I definitely have pois btw.

Anxiety, brain fog, headache, sinusitis, prostate pain, oral thrush, shortness of breath, tonsil stones, mucous from throat, chronic fatigue, hunger and I still get worse when I have orgasm(increased hunger is the most noticeable nowadays considering I have all these other chronic problems but my anxiety and fatigue also increases a bit. Have probably forgot some symptomps, well yeah, now that I wrote that I remembered all my digestive symptoms, gas, abdominal distention (spelling?) etc. And yea, probably still forgotten something.

Yup I've tried niacin and it defo helps for my POIS but it doesn't really matter anymore considering I'm pretty much always feeling as bad as pois nowadays

Hot shower defo helps me to get better for some hours which could indicate toxic body which I for sure know I have considering I have candida.

Do you always feel bad btw or just when you have POIS?

i ve heard some story about the candida, i need to study that.
I ve dysphalgia, this difficulty to swallowing  liquids and even my saliva perhaps a link with the candida

Even outside the Pois, sometimes shower make me sick, just 2 days ago, my leg's myalgia was anormaly tough, very hard to walk, 2 hours after my hot shower.
i took 2 anti inflammatory 2x200MG and felt better a few minute after.

I think there 's really a dysfunction with this x nerve.
Only this nerve is able to cause a several and so differents symptoms in the body
And perhaps directly a link when they took my tonsils out, i was a child
