Hey everybody,

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2nd grade, well before my first orgasm, and didn't figure the POIS thing out until junior year of high school. Given the crossover of symptoms, I'm wondering if there's some sort of neurological connection between the two. Not being anything resembling a neurologist, I thought I'd nevertheless see if anyone has been diagnosed with both.

Diagnosed, but *much* much later in life.

Possible in early years , but I'm guessing.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Never been diagnosed because ADHD started diagnosing here recently, but as a kid I was described and marked as hyperactive one,
I have definitely symptoms of it.
Also on-line tests always give ADHD positive results.
no sugar diet helps me a tiny bit, also makes my mind much calmer in general. Sugar is definitely something my body does not handle well. Also I noticed that other inflammations like a hangover are better since I quit sugar. I avoid sweet fruits as well.

Any opinions if there might be a link between ADHD and POIS?
I always thought that ADHD might be the reason why my mind is so sensitive and easily affected.

I had ADHD as a kid for what it's worth. It's a quite commonplace diagnosis.
