Antihistamines and the vagus nerve
« on: July 10, 2014, 06:12:03 PM »
Maybe the results that some users receive from antihistamines are not from their action on histamine receptors. Many antihistamines such as benedryl, also work as muscarinic acetylcholine antagonists.  This means that they have an inhibitory effect on the vagus nerve. Maybe when taken before orgasm, antihistamines settle down the vagus nerve and prevent symptoms?

And to complete your question : what about NSAIDs, niacine, benzodiazepine and SSRI's role on vagus nerve, if these meds has been taken sometimes with success to reduce Pois.

The nerve might stay blocked in position ON, release too much dopamine and meds helps to turn it OFF. ;D
