I have Autoimmune and POIS

I have Sjogren's Syndrome which causes dryness all over the body. I was diagnosed a year ago, but. I have had extreme POIS for 19 years and I am 36 now. I wondering if they are related. Also I have Autonomic nerve damage which causes orthostatic hypotension and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia which means my heart rate rise more than 30 beats from laying to standing mine actually rises about 55 beats from 85 to 140 beats/min. Been bed ridden and home bound for 3 years now and it has ruined my life essentially.

POIS sufferer for over 3 decades. Has progressively gotten worse over the years and I became completely disabled around 2011. My case of POIS is very severe.

I read a book called The Immune System Recovery Plan. I would recommend it to anyone that has immune system issues. Its based on Foundational medical. I have problems wheat and lactose.

A lot of that is bunk just to sell books. Truth is no one knows about the immune system hardly. But we do know that the "innate immune system" and the "adaptive immune system" are very different. So no one size fits all solution would work.  All my doctors have been trying to get me IVIG its very expensive so insurance keeps denying it.
