The theory is that sperm may be triggering an allergy which causes this unlikely symptoms. Taking high dose T will suppress sperm production. No sperm No allergy.

In any case, I would like to make a very specific comment!
If you have a reaction to sperm it is not allergy, it is auto-immune.
There's a big difference when it comes to treatment. Testosterone is a viable consideration. Potentially limiting the auto-immune reaction, although it is not at all proven.
Some of our group have tested testosterone without success. It's possible however that the tests that failed were not medically supervised, which means that the desired effect was not accomplished due to misunderstood mechanisms.
I think I've said before: "Success without data is not success. Failure with data is a success.
Testosterone treatment is not really a viable option for those who want a family.
Desensitization on the other hand, is not a viable option, as it is NOT allegry. A different mechanism alltogether.
We have heard about male anti-conception treatments which stop sperm production, but which are reversible. Combinations of testoserone with Progesterone seem to be the most viable. The combination is far more potent, without the "permantent shutdown" that sometimes accompanies just testosterone alone. We have proven other drugs and combinations, and have usually seen too many complications for them to be viable.
