Tried Methylassist (see ingredients below) from pure encapsulations along with my regular Imuplus whey dose.
I tried very small dosages of Methylassist on my tounge not swallowed it, about 10 percent of caplet. I also took 5 grams of imuplus after 0. I take 5 grams Imuplus twice a day.
Result: Day one mental clarity improved significantly. Felt calm and not anxious. I kept on running out of the effect so I kept adding another little bit of methylassist. I wanted to just take enough to keep it going. I took about half a caplet that day. I read in the CFS forums to take it very, very slowly. Did not want to jump start a possibly blocked methylation cycle and then have major toxins released too quickly. So be careful and start very slow for a good while before increasing it. Lots of warning on this on yahoo groups for CFS. Please heed those warnings.
In the evening of day one there was an hour or so I felt incredibly well. Mentally and physically. I felt better than I remember in years. I thought that was it. Found the panacea. It was absolutely incredible. My muscles felt well, my chest was up, my shoulder not slouched, my hands were red and full with blood and energy. I felt tremendous. Happy, alert, strong. I came to realization that this ailment is most likely metabolic. Extremely encouraging.
Day 2 was no so well. I was an above average day 2 though. Will keep on experimenting. I am very encouraged to have felt so amazing after 0 on day one though.
Have no financial interest on methylassist or Imuplus. Same components I am sure can be found in other places. Keep in mind that I believe that the IMUPLUS was key as well

Benfopure Benfotiamine 75 mg
pyridoxal 5 phosphate (activated b6) 25 mg
