Very interesting! I took a number of different ADHD-type drugs. The STIMULATING variety.

I had some POIS amelioration, but eventually taken off those meds since I had open heart surgery.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

Happy for ure improvement :)
A lot of things make us think the answer is close to these class meds.
I hope the new study will condider this aspect.
Anyway atomoxetine seems to be very active med and it has been retired in some countries like France.

Taken this. Did not help :( Glad to hear it's helping someone (BTW the brand name for this in the USA is Strattera)
Turmeric and Rosemary 30-45 minutes before orgasm for anti-inflammatory and immune support has helped me a lot. Faster and easier than niacin approach.

I've been thinking of taking Strattera for a long time, thanks for reminding me.

For a long time( actually a few months), I changed somethings in my life.Like diet, quit smoking, more motivation, exercise. i felt better . But i stayed away from strattera for a few days. all pois effects came back as soon as possible .  Atomoxetine seriously helping my pois effects .  I can easily collect attention to a point, as long as I use the drug . but the higher-order thinking is still quite difficult.
But there is a terrible side effect that still does not to disappear.if I am exposed to any sexual content (thinking included), I'm easily driven(briefly it causes premature ejaculation on me).
(attention deficit was diagnosed)

hurray (the user here on the forum), have you tried that one too?

Muon, beware it's bad for POTS.

Yes, I've tried it. It helps me focus, but it does nothing at all to alleviate my POIS symptoms  :(
