Yes. I stopped (not 100% but 90%) sugar and high glycemic foods in 2008.
If I eat sugar before and just after orgasm, symptoms are clearly increased  especially diarrheas and hot flashes 30 min after meals.
Sugar (100g of glucose) decreases testosterone by 25%
Sugar may influence dopamine in brain.

Hi i just wanted to add my yesterday's experience with sugar-like foods like sweets and candys.
Anyway, i ate a candy bar yesterday after a long time and it immediately affected my condition and by this i mean it made my POIS worse. In fact, although a hole day has passed i can still feel the bad impact and chemical imbalance that it caused me resulting in affecting my POIS.

Its surprising how small things like that can affect you so much but things like these us POISers have to deal with.
So, in a few words, just mentioning that sweets and sugar-like substances aggravate my POIS state and to finish with i wanted to express my impression that POIS is highly hormonally and chemically related.
(Express... how strange and dinstant can it sound when you have POIS lol)

For me, ejaculation might cause a short drop of testosterone.
And sugar increase this drop.
I have no time to write but search a study on the internet :
75g of glucose = 25% less testosterone (hypogonadism)

I think this may be the explanation.

Maybe I have found why sugar increases Pois : it works like a dumping syndrome !
 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dumping_syndrome

It matchs with my Pois. During Pois, ,I become very sensible to sugar/high carbohydrates.

Now we need to find how to link Pois and excessive fast stomach emptying... Histamines release ?

Sweets can make me feel good sometimes in moderation same with gluten free sugary snacks. However gluten snacks with sugar are bad for brain fog
