Yes got acne on my back and shoulders and pimples on buttocks/side of thighs. I also suspect that they are related to POIS symptoms. Digestion takes a hit, leptin may be involved. It's much cleaner when POIS symptoms are gone for a while.

Sexual trigger ---> Immune suppression --> Increased susceptibility to pathogens?

I suspect this might at least be true for my feet regarding fungal infection susceptibilty (which improved at the same time pois improved).

I read that acne on the back (there are seven diffrent kinds of acne and each has its own cause) is very related to the state of the liver. When I do a liver detox it seems that it gets better. The relation to POIS is that the liver is very busy breaking down the inflammatory substances that are released during POIS.

Pois seems to be largly connected to acne, i hitted acne in search
and about 133 times mentioneted.
I conecct acne to damaged guts -) then inflamation -) autoimunity.
Autoimunity probbly affected nervous system- search
"nervous system antibodies".

My skin historically was very clear.  Almost no acne even as a teenager.  I am in my 40s now. When in POIS I seem to get one or two pimples in the exact same place every time: in the fold of my nose and on the tip of my nose. As well as a red blemish on my cheek. It is POIS related. When out of POIS my skin is clear.

Over the years, painfully I learned about some things that really help me with the issue of acne caused by pois and luckily I have not been worrying much about this recently:
Curcuma. Curcuma teas seem to work better than taking capsules. Usually I use 2 tea bags to make the tea and have those teas about 2-3 times a day when having this issue.
Also what helps is drinking coconut milk. And there are also other things. But usually getting a hold of atleast one of these 2 makes me relax as I know it will slowly get better over the next couple days.
