It's hard for me to really answer, because I've been married the whole time I've had POIS. But it does effect the way sex is approached.
Being married, I just have to bite the bullet and do one for her. She has to put up with less often.
It's weird, because you want to do it, but you know what it means. In he case of a single guy, he can say no perhaps a little easier, or avoid the situation more, because there's not the same committment. However, it makes it harder to say no in a case like mine.
We all want to, but we know what it means.
I've thought about it though, and it must be rough for a single guy with POIS these days!!
Have to use a condom, which is a real bummer, AND worry about the effects of POIS. I just can't see me having much sex with young sweeties.
The up side of being married and the committment, is that, well you have to do it, and while you suffer POIS, you are forced to push the relationship, and that, in my case is good.
And well, we all suffer from POIS, and we all have to cum sooner or later, so I guess the trick is to find a girl that likes the POIS rythm, once every two weeks.
