I think I may have found a possible cure?
« on: February 24, 2013, 10:32:55 PM »
This may be a shot in the dark, and my desperation is clouding my judgement, but I think I found a solution, self inflicted retrograde ejaculation.

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001282.htm

No semen coming out, no POIS. Semen ejaculation and not arousal itself is the problem, so intentional retrograde ejaculation may help?

Please comment.

From my experience, this would never work ;

First, how will you do that ? it's seems quite impossible ; second, even if the allergy theory is true, retrograde ejaculation will not prevent semen to get through the blood barrier ;

And finally, regarding experience of many here, POIS is not as simple as Waldinger describes(allergic reaction) ;  some other mecanism seems to be involved.

However, there is still the Animus case wich is for me unexplanable.

Others have found this helps them as well.

It's very strange though, for myself (and others) retrograde ejaculation severely worsen our POIS.

Of course I'm not saying that you are wrong, just that there seems to be such differences between us.

One possibility is that in us all, there may exist a weakened area of the urinary tract, but depending
where it is, effects the bettering or worsening of the symptoms.

Perhaps for you, retrograde ejaculation bypasses the "weakened area", in my case, it directs the semen
exactly to the "weakened spot".

Who knows? It's all so strange.

But at least we are on a path to forming a clearer definition.

It's sure the the research may or may not find the specific cause immediately, but it's better than
imagining that high doses of cyanide or salt or vitamins or DNA tests will resolve our problems forever.

We are putting the best experts possible in POIS research to the task. And there are MANY of them.
WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

I think removing the Prostate gland and the seminal vesicles might stop semen production, but the risks make me worry

Hello, Fornication DENIED and Everyone,

You are right to worry about such extreme surgery -- and are so close to getting answers through RESEARCH.

Don't consider doing anything drastic!

Stef!
