After several months of test, I think the method is effective.
For all those who think they have an auto-allergic cause and no results with meds or others, I recommand it.
This is simply to clean the penis after ejaculation outside.
For inside, some guys suggest to wash with a pump or or medical device (for urinary infection).
The easy way even if it's not tasteful to say is simply to urinate some minutes after ejaculation.

I tried urinating right after ejaculation for a few days. It just made my urethra more inflamed than usual.
