Are you a vegetarian?
« on: June 13, 2012, 06:09:19 PM »
Are you a vegetarian? Or did you used to be a vegetarian? I used to be a vegetarian for about 15 years. The last 10 years I rarely eat meat and chicken. Only once a week, max.

I am trying to look what we have in common. I saw on the other forum that someone has vitamin B12 deficiency. And meat contains vitamin B12. And the symptoms can come a few years after the deficiency.
POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

I've become a vegetarian after noticing POIS. POIS has worsened since.

I noticed symptoms were quite pronounced in my early 20's and O thought it'd be a good idea to switch to a vegetarian diet. Bad idea, seemed to make my symptoms much, much worse.
