in the part of extreme anxiety and depression in pois what u guys think is best .... need your success stories .. pls guide me guys here i want to start a meds or something ............i have done seroxat , estlopram ....etc , nothing helps me ......just gave a good delay in sexual desire .... nothing else i think .... so guys what do u suggest for me ..........

Well i don't really want to be suggesting much but I found Olive Leaf Extract to help me greatly.  I take about 300-450 mg about 30 mins prior to orgasm... that might help.  I also eat a slice of lemon first thing in the morning which gives me a bit of energy to wake up.  But that's just what I do, others have different strategies.
My POIS managed with Diet (@ diet that 100% manages my pois)Believe my POIS stems from inflammation in the gut. O = neuro POIS from inflammation from the gut

supps: microdose zyrtec if needed for food sens. ibuprofen for infl. as needed. Melatonin as needed. Big Pinch Black cumin  seeds once daily

For me personally, I have tried pretty much everything I have come across, but the most valuable things that have helped me thought the depression or anxiety side of POIS 3 day hangover have been:

- relaxation activities, including meditation (one that works for the person and reverses the stress response, for me, calm or enjoyable music). On meditation, I suggest not too deep when depressed, (just light meditation)
- Talk therapies
- Exercise that I like (for me riding it's a bike in the open, not a gym)
- Using Emotional Freedom technique (EFT), which is a basic form of acupuncture. It is getting a lot of media attention under the name of "The Tapping solution" nowadays. i.e. Tapping acupuncture points to dislodge heightened emotions. May be a bit of placebo effect in there, but it helps me to reduce any negative emotions.
