It is conceivable that our  bodies are having difficulty producing the 4 amino acids present in semen.  Per a web search:  the predominant amino acids aspartic acid, serine, glycine, leucine and lysine.

I have tested the AA levels in blood and all 5 are low
I have tested the AA levels in blood and  4 are low
I have tested the AA levels in blood and  3 are low
I have tested the AA levels in blood and  2 are low
I have tested the AA levels in blood and  1 is low
I have tested the AA levels in blood and  none are low
I have NOT tested the AA levels in blood

Please comment on what day after O the test was done.

We get worse with more Os typically. So we maybe getting lower on AAs. We may not replace them at an adequate rate. Also please note that AAs are key to neurotransmitters.
