After unconsciously using the incorrect method of masturbating, nasal inflammation appeared immediately. The following two days involved allergic conjunctivitis and anaphylactic rhinitis that could not be treated by any anti-allergy medications, accompanied by a mild fever as well as brain fog caused by the fever and hypoxia. I took leave, tried previous anti-allergy drugs—some of which left me drowsy but did not alleviate my POIS symptoms even slightly.

I began to consider that the symptoms of POIS may not be a continuation or uninterrupted extension of allergy symptoms, but rather a lack of certain substances.

Tonight, I masturbated using a slightly correct method (although abdominal pain and digestive system disturbances still occurred, other symptoms did not worsen at all and even alleviated). Afterward, I drank several bottles of milk and ate several boxes of seaweed. This may have been somewhat useful.

Note: The correct method of masturbating can be found in the previous post. Additional experiences and observations will also be posted in this thread. Why milk and seaweed? Check the ingredient lists, and you’ll understand.
