Orgasm or Ejac?

Hi everyone, i've noticed that in some discussions about post-ejaculatory syndrome (POIS), there seems to be a bit of uncertainty regarding the relationship between orgasm and ejaculation. I've done some research and noticed that most sources appear to focus on ejaculation as the triggering factor for POIS symptoms. However, there are women who experience POIS, and this excludes ejaculation. Additionally, I've read about men who can ejaculate without orgasm and do not develop symptoms. I developed pois before my first ejaculationc. There is someone other?
