Very severe pois

Does anyone get severe pois?

Day 1/2 after sex the flu symptoms are so severe I can't work for 3/4 days and practically bedbound.

Flu symptoms, muscle aches pains, sore throat, phlem etc feel awful.

It's exhausting this illness especially with no help
