I get a local genital reaction after ejaculation also

After ejaculation I feel serious swelling in my penis, it feels like water has collected in that part. I also get painful urinations. The color of urine also changes(usually from pale yellow to dark yellow). I can not breathe normally due to serious pain in the nether regions. I get priapism also( when I am asleep).
