Any Varocillie sufferers?

Hello my fellow POIS sufferers

I've had pois now since I was 13.
I'm now 42 and life pretty much is shyte unless I abstain.

I have now found out i have a varocillie and was wondering whether any other POIS sufferers have had the OP and are now cured of POIS?

I had a varicocele in my left testicle and had a ligation operation in February 2020, just before the pandemic.
It didn't solve the POIS. I got no benefit from it as I was totally asymptomatic.
It only resolved the varicose veins on the side of the testicle.

i have varicocele in my left. the urologist I went to said it's absolutely nothing to worry about but I have a gut feeling it's the cause for my pois.
i also have pain in my left nut radiating upwards towards my left kidney but the doctor is adamant it's not the varicocele. i call bs.
worth noting that when I got that checked out I had no idea pois existed and when I reported feeling bad for days after ejaculating the doc advised me to see a psychologist (as they all did).
one symptom that leads me to believe varicocele is the cause is that I experience severe shrinkage/poor blood flow to my penis and sack. even in hot weather, I feel like I have an icepack in my pants and my ballsack shrinks so bad it hurts. doctors refuse to listen and say I'm just cold. it usually gets better 4-5 days into abstinence.
has anyone experienced that too? is it common with pois or varicocele?
