Positive results with Allegra 24

Short version: After taking Allegra 24, together with a pre/post pack of vitamins, my symptoms are greatly reduced.

Long version: I've been using Quantums prepack for several years now, and have modified it a bit over the years, so that it now contains the following:

2 x Quercetin 800mg & Bromelain 2400 GDU - 165mg
2 x 5-htp 50mg
4 x Flax seed oil 1000 mg
2 x Extra strength Curcumin 1000 mg + 2.5 mg BioPerine Black pepper
2 x Green tea extract decaffeinated - 750 mg
1 x L-theanine 400 mg
1 x Lycopene 20 mg
2 x magnesium citrate 400 mg
2 x Diotame 262 mg

I usually take one pack before O and one after. If the O is unplanned, one after O is what I usually take.

I started taking Allegra 24 on top of this pre/post pack, after reading an article about pois and Allegra 24 (and also reading other posts here on poiscenter), and it had made a big difference for me.

My symptoms are greatly reduced, to the point where I can have one O a day, and still function. I still have physical symptoms, such as tiredness and slightly puffy eyes, but I no longer have dark circles around the eyes, and my lower back symptoms are reduced dramatically.

Mentally, I am also much better when taking Allegra 24. I can handle stressed situations better, and I don't feel the same short term depression as I did before.

I take one Allegra 24 a day, in periods where I know I'll have an O. Allegra 24 can be obtained in the US without a prescription.

I hope the following can help. I believe that even without the pre/post pack, Allegra 24 can be helpful.

I am glad that my pre-pack method is still effective for you, and glad also that you have found a way to get better results still, with the addition of Allegra

Your pre-pack composition is still very similar to mine.  The addition of an antihistamine, which is effective for many POIS sufferers, was a very good idea, and safe to try.  We all have to customize our control method.
