Stomach related symptoms

I have all the common POIS symptoms after I have an orgasm, but on top of all that crazyness, there is even more: stomach pain.

I would like to know if this happens to someone else because POIS' symptoms include flu-like symptoms and the stomach is usually affected by the flu.

I tend to suffer terrible stomacache periods that sometimes show up within the same day, or the following day, and can last for up to a week.

This terrible stomachache, in my case, comes along with the necessity to constantly go to the toilet, where I sometimes have a little bit of diarrhea.

I associate this not only to orgasms but also to high levels of stress, lack of sunlight, and psycological factors.
If I go through this for a long period of time (for example, during final exams at university) afterwards I tend to feel irritation in my bowels and I even feel like they have been burning...

Moreover, symptoms like being exhausted, brain fog and all those tend to be present all day long, but in the case of the stomach pain it only appears in the morning, about 1 hour after I woke up, and progressively disappears as the day goes by until the next morning.

I used to get diarrhoea. This is less of a problem now. Generally, although POIS is still very disruptive to my life, my POIS symptoms are less severe now than in my first years of POIS. I get a sore throat and looser stools less often than I used to. This is not because of any medication.

I definitely get pretty bad stomach pain that's lasts on average a week after O. I also get nausea bloating and loose stools alternating with constipation. Sometimes I just can't eat because of this
