Dapoxetine for POIS

Hello Friends,

 I recently went to endocrinologist, I told him about my POIS problem, so he prescribed me Dapoxetine 60 mg. It's an SSRI for treatment of premature ejaculation.

After taking Dapoxetine, I felt renewed energy and strength in my body which I haven't felt since last 2 years. But what happened what after 2 days, my head started spinning, there were burning sensations and tremors in my body. I also could listen to my heart beat, something like hearth palpitations.

Doctor told me to reduce the doze and in few days , he told me to completely wane off from it.
I did as was told, but what's happened was that for a week after stopping Dapoxetine, my health deteriorated and there was extreme fatigue and tiredness and dizziness in my body.

I want to know, has anyone tried Dapoxetine and of so then has it been beneficial to you ?
