antidepressant not working during pois?

have anyone noticed that drug such as antidepressant not working well during pois?

I'm taking a mood stabilizer (lamoctrigine) technically not an antidepressant, but POIS is clearly stronger. I maybe don't get full range depression but I'm definitiely exhausted, anxious, pessimist when in POIS.
