Don't blame everything on POIS

Don't blame everything on POIS. For example. When I can't afford an O. I stimulate for more than an hour. The next day I have backpain. I used to blame it on POIS. But now I think it's because of sitting in 1 position for more than an hour. Every person then gets backpain. Offcourse POIS is also bad for the joints. But I have to stop to blame POIS for every symptom I get.
POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

I know it's difficult, but remember it´s not you it's the POIS. You´ll be better in a couple of days.

WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!
