My POIS always improves when exercising and being outside a lot in warm and sunny days and my general wellbeing improves as well, my sleep quality and mood skyrockets and so does mental clarity and the senses become a lot more vivid and enhanced for some hours to a day afterwards

Same here - exercises and sunbathing work well.

Workout - probably because rises testosterone level. In my case it is always very hard to start to workout every day due to strong cathabolic effect (huge muscle pain). After few weeks of increasing intensty I'm usually getting rid of it. How is it in your case?

Sunbathing? Works for me a bit as well. Increases Vit D level?

Yeah I too notice that on the average the soreness for me stays longer than it seems to be for the most people and it takes me more time to recover, for example it has been 3 days since I played basketball and I still need to sit down slowly otherwise the soreness would be felt very intensively if I sit down too fast, I wonder if slower recovery is common in POISers
