Fever, excessive sweating, headache, poor stamina, tachycardia during POIS

DAE have these symptoms? After orgasm i immidiately get a headache and fever. Then next day i sweat way more than usual and my stamina is very bad too.
I also get tachycardia episodes during/after orgasm for up to a week. I feel very cold also most of the time which only happens after orgasm too.
