  • INTP, 19 y.o. aware of POIS since 2019
Since I probably have POIS since puberty I probably never was in my full social academic cognitive intellectual potential and I sort of feel like the time period in my life since getting POIS is like a sort of gap there aren't that much memories or achievements to be told and this is also because of the fact I probably have some form of Asperger's so it's those both things connecting together that made it impossible to live and enjoy life growing up to the 100% full potential I wonder if POIS can cause the person to develop differently than they would have without it.

Hi journey,

I'm with you on that one, I feel like a fraud someday
As my personality is inconsistent due to pois but
I am using supplements atm to help which they are a little
But it's a massive improvement to what I was.
