I have not much clue about this topic:
But assuming TRT is equivalent to steroid use in bodybuilders, then it's no wonder.

"Years after male steroids users renounced their pharmacological muscle enhancers, their testes are still not functioning properly. The concentration of serum insulin-like factor-3, an anabolic hormone about which we still know very little, makes it clear how long lasting the endocrinological impact of a steroid cycle may be."

( ^ i'm regularly browsing ergo-log in the search of useful supplements, that's what your post reminded me of it )

Drew1312, I left a brief message in your PM
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Update: the symptoms it's like they flare up over the course ofa up to  5 hours then they go downhill  opposite to before when they reached a peak  and they kind of stayed there for ..as long as the symptoms lasted which were way longer, but i feel like the original symptoms may come back, idk i'll leave replies to this post after i notice some change

are you getting these flare-up symptoms when you are within a TRT-on cycle?
