Role of Neurotransmitters on Ejaculation and possibly POIS
« on: April 12, 2020, 07:36:36 PM »
Folks after having treated my own POIS (close to 100%), I am trying to narrow the precise physiology and also hyped in trying to understand medical sciences, so I could cure myself ... enough with the docs (most of them, obviously not all) just dont want us to gain this knowledge and want us to totally depend on their profession.  On a note of excitement, I am getting my genotypes sequenced, which I think is very interesting.  Our genes, plus environmental factors make us what we are. So on POIS:

A wide number of neurotransmitters, including serotonin (5-HT), dopamine, oxytocin, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), adrenaline, acetylcholine, and nitric oxide (NO), receptors including Endocannaboids, have been shown to be involved in the regulation of ejaculation.  I think we need to: a) create a dictionary of each neurotransmitter viz-a-viz ejaculation, b) create a picture.  If anyone has knowledge of what each does in ref to ejaculation please chime in ... no answer is bad answer ... appreciated.

5-HT:
Dopamine:
GABA:
Adrenaline:
Acetylcholine:
NO:
Endocannaboids:
