So... I was taking Omeprazole 20mg (Prilosec) daily for many years (if not decades), all the while, no POIS symptoms. My diet was complete trash. Literally 7-11 taquitos for lunch multiple times per week.

I came down with food poisoning (sushi buffet) in the middle of 2019, and the diarrhea would not stop, so I decided to radically clean up my diet and cut out the Omeprazole cold-turkey in the process, as well as cold-turkey stop on my porn addiction.

Since then I've developed very bad POIS, and reactions to other CNS agitators such as sugar and alcohol.

There very well could be a link to chronic long-term use / cessation of acid blockers and the chemistry chain reaction of orgasm / POIS. I am reading a lot in this forum about histamine reactions and stomach acid.
