Heartburn

Does anyone has heartburn? I have. It get worse since I have POIS. I have to eat an apple for avoiding the acid comes up into my mouth. Or I use a medicine. Maybe the heartburn is because of POIS. And maybe the heartburn causes more symptoms.

POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

I had heartburn 20 years ago but seemed to be related to too much acid food, tea and smoking. Since i stopped that its gone away

Yes, I have heartburns too along with Nasal congestion.  Initially I thought they were independent problems, but I think they are related as well (particularly nasal congestion as I get it immediately after O)

Have POIS for over 15 years. Symptoms - Eye irritation, muscle pain and soreness, fever and nasal congestion
