We are not supposed to give medical advise, but since it's OTC, have you tried melatonin?
Symptoms last 6-7 days. Onset of muscle weakness after 30 seconds. Symptoms include: brain fog, fatigue, depression, pale skin/dark circles under eyes,  digestive problems, difficulty taking a full breath, irritability. NONE of these are present out of POIS.

Try  nutmeg essential oil..5 or 6 drops directly in  the mouth and wash away with water. Some brands are shit quality and have low potency. If you have a good quality you can feel it with 5 drops

I was also looking up the action of Clonazepam the other day and it said it was angaba reuptake inhibitor?  This led me to search for herbs to increase gaba.

I'm going to try to take passion flower sometime in the near future since sleep is my biggest problem and only bad problem now. I don't know if it's because I worry, or from for games, or whatever.  I'm literally fine during the day but as soon as I try to sleep it's like a process in my body getting started to keep me energized at night.

But yeah, going to try passion flower soon though can't attest to any others yet besides maybe olive leaf extract which supposedly reduces adrenaline.
My POIS managed with Diet (@ diet that 100% manages my pois)Believe my POIS stems from inflammation in the gut. O = neuro POIS from inflammation from the gut

supps: microdose zyrtec if needed for food sens. ibuprofen for infl. as needed. Melatonin as needed. Big Pinch Black cumin  seeds once daily

I also have sleeping problems when not in POIS. Hard to fall asleep. And after 4 hours I wake up and then it’s hard to sleep again. In the days I sleep bad I don’t feel good and have POIS like symptoms. Even I did not had sex or wasn’t aroused.

I want to take Magnesium, Kalium daily and sometimes melatonin. I already eat a lot bananas. But now I want to eat one every day. I also read that avocado is rich of Kalium. So I will eat that too. I also want to make more walks.
POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

It seems magnesium lack is the cause of my insomnias.
It has been proven that magnesium is an absolute key of circadian rythm.
I'm currently testing something :
I put my mg supplement in water bottle and I drink it all the day.
In water, mg has 30% better absorbtion.
Taurine = Anti-Pois

i have your 100% identical sleep pattern!!!

trouble falling asleep, ideas wondering through head, never feeling tired at night, but only at 17 o clock, not 21-22

bad poor sleep, wakes up at 4-5 o clock in the morning, much too little sleep
