Developed tactile hallucination after quetiapine

Dear Guys
am so scared
 :-[

i took just one dose 12 mg of quetiapine seroquel to make me sleep as replacment of benzodiazepines during bezo withdrawal

and next day i developed mild form of tactile hallucination
it is scary

any similar experience ? am so scared and it is a wiered reaction

i feel guilty and i blame my self for trying new meds for sleep

any solution ?

Hello Labyrinth, we are sorry about these problems that you have experienced. After doing a google search, it seems that it is not uncommon to have all types of hallunications because of quetiapine intake.

I think you should discuss it with a practitioner and try less agressive methods (natural ones) to sleep well. Foods rich in Magnesium or tryptophan may help. Here is a list of non-aggresive approachs to your sleep problems.
