is there a substance that can really relax the mind in pois

I have found several things, both otc & Rx, but I won’t recommend them here because of side effects (dependency, memory loss, etc.).

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business.

over the counter(dont need doctor) and prescription(need doctor)

I use a very nice stuff for that. Its called INOSITOL..its cheap, and there is no sides effects.Ive been using that for 6 month.
