Bad reaction methyl b12 alpha gpc
« on: January 09, 2019, 01:37:45 PM »
Yesterday I took methyl b12 1000mcg , alpha gpc 500mg and b6 25mg and I got really bad knee pain with a little feet pain. I also had some brain fog. After this I took 200mg of Sam-e to try and make things better. Then I wake up the day after and my back is in complete agony. Now I am unsure if this is from a bad back stretch in yoga or the supplements i took but I have read about choline causing back pain.

The thing is I've taken 1200mg choline a day with no problems so I think this is all down to the methyl b12 interacting with the alpha gpc. Could anyone give me a better explanation on why these two gave me such a bad reaction?

Obviously I won't take this combination ever again...

general advice: try every substance solely one by one at a time
and later two at a time
it is a scientific approach
otherwise you wont get what made you fell bad or good

if you take choline why you take alpha gpc - i guess it is excessive

by the way did you try idra21 ? i'm going to try it but its expensive
current protocol: 24mg test. cypionate subQ every day, Cabergoline 0.125mg every 5 days, Alcar 2 grams per day, NALT 0.6 gram per day sulbutiamine 2*200 every day highly potent vitamins each day = no pois at all and in addition now have quite decent motivation
