Tantra sex
« on: January 05, 2018, 12:32:27 AM »
Has anyone tried tantra sex?

It's supposed to be about techniques to spread your sexual energy throughout the entire body, not just the penus, about breathing, meditation, controlling your ejaculation, in fact having an orgasm without ejaculation, that kind of stuff. So far it sounds very appealing, as I've read a few times in the forum how meditation and breathing reduce POIS symptoms. And it would be cool to learn how to release the sexual energy without ejaculating.

However, I also read that orgasms in tantra sex are way more intense - possibly making it worse for POIS suffereres.

The reason I am asking is that I am contemplating signing up for a tantra sex weekend workshop, whatever that is going to be.

Investigator, I showed your post to a longtime friend of the forum, who is an author/researcher in the field. She looked at your post and thought that you may find this page of interest. It has lots of posts by men who have experimented with karezza, a particularly tame version of tantric sex in which orgasm is never the goal:

The researcher realizes you aren’t an addict, but that you may find it interesting nevertheless. This following author's approach to a similar flavor of tantra may also be of interest: Tantric Sex For Men.

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Thanks for the links! To my dissatisfaction, this tantra sex workshop that I was considering got cancelled (maybe not enough people had signed up). But, I will keep an eye open on that kind of stuff, it's some hope for us. I like how one of the links says that an erection is a lot of work for the body and men should learn how to avoid it.
