I had nightmares experience when i take zinc supplement at night

I have nightmares in pois days, but i hawe sleap paralayses too.
The expirience of sleap paralayses i could not wish to my worst enemy.
Something hapen in our brain , maybe lack of oxigen and due to vasoconstriction,
or "inflamation hapen in our brain ".
