Strong Symptoms
« on: December 05, 2017, 08:00:31 PM »
Hello,

I'm 24yo. It started 10 years ago.
(sorry for poor english, used g. translate, if something will not be understood then it will change)

I will try to list all the symptoms I have:

feeling of flu-like condition
extreme tiredness
muscle weakness
sweating
mood disorders
irritability
difficulties with memory
problems with concentration
inconsistent speech
chills
blurred vision
heavy legs
muscle stiffness
depressive states
downturn

recently my symptoms got stronger from 10 days (because I did it more often), and it worries me very much. it has never been so strong

strong feeling in the head, feeling of tightness in the head, heavy head
spinning in the head (very unpleasant)
anxiety that goes into the fears caused by this state
chills
trembling of head
poor feeling of pleasure
I want to vomit always in the morning/nausea
breathing problems

does anyone have similar?
I do not take drugs, sometimes alcohol that helps to mask some symptoms for some time.

Symptoms develop in a few seconds
Symptoms occur ALWAYS.
Most symptoms last about 7-14 days (+)

I do not know what to do, no doctor heard anything about it.

I will think tomorrow and I will write more about it

EDITED:
all blood tests are normal, it's weird

there is very fast tiredness, I can not even do physical work,
it's getting worse

derealisation
bewilderment
fast heartbeat

Hello bigproblem, I think you will get relief if you follow the Niacin's route (200 mg of Niacin 1 hour before each orgasm and getting the niacin flush should work on you - You should order Niacin which causes flush:  https://es.iherb.com/pr/Nature-s-Way-Niacin-100-mg-100-Capsules/1999?ccode=es&ccode=ES&currcode=EUR&langcode=es-MX&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIobvsquX11wIVcSjTCh1rGwy9EAQYASABEgI0bvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds ). You should have a look at this thread as well: http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2502.0 .

Controlling your diet (especially cutting carbs and sugar consumption, avoiding Monosodium glutamate - junk food, chinese food in commercial chinese restaurants, additives that increase flavour etc) will also help you. Some foods like garlic, fenugreek, sweet potatoe or spinachs have been found to be useful to some POIS sufferers as well.

There is a lot of info in this forum, but this is a good start.

Hi bigproblem and welcome on the forum,

As Observer as pointed out, there are some way to releif part of our POIS symtpoms that you may want to check out.

About niacin, dosage mentionned by Observer are safe.  If you want more info, see those threads:

and

It is not surprising that your blood tests come out as normal - that's usually the case for almost all POIS sufferers.   Our syndrome is still undetectable on current medical science and testing.  But we are working on this - our forum is giving a research grant for a POIS study to be made, probably next year :)

About your worsening symptoms, you should lower your frequency of release, because POIS symptoms stack if you have O too often.  In fact, abstinence, as much as possible, is very good to lower your symptoms and your POIS problems.   If you combine some relief method like healthy diet and some supplements before O that help alleviate your symptoms, and that you have release less often, and you time your release for when you know you will be able to rest for a few days after, your quality of life will improve a lot, compare to what it is now.  It is usually not so hard to, for example, accept to ejaculate only once a week or every 2 weeks, and have a much more normal life  ( when getting older like myself, at 52, NE ( nocturnal emissions) are no more an issue, it can even be a good compromise to have a release only every 3 to 4 weeks, and have a more fulfilling life overall).
You are 100% responsible for what you do with anything I post on this forum and of any consequence it could have for you.  Forum rule: ""Do not use POISCenter as a substitute for, or to give, medical advice" Read the remaining part at http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=1.msg10259#msg10259

Thanks for the links and that you do not leave people alone with the problem, I will read all this in the near future, I would like to say that (50mg) hydroxyzine has stopped these worst symptoms

I have nothing to lose, I will also try supplements and change diets

Hello bigproblem,

As a short-run quick fix I might recommend (and use myself) NSAIDs, specifically meloxicam is most efficient for me, particularly intramuscular injections. It has less side effects on stomach than 1st-gen NSAIDs like ibuprofen or other non-selective anti-inflammatories. It?s especially effective for the muscular cluster of symptoms (tiredness, stiffness, weakness).

Bigproblem, I think you should put these two links at the top of your list as well.

I am sure you will notice significant improvements if you eat a healthier diet:
