SLEEP has always been important to me as an adjunct to my main treatment of testosterone.
Once, on POIS:Day Zero (the day of POIS onset), I slept - - or kept my eyes closed - - day and night, almost round the clock, including *forced sleep* with Benadryl (but only taken as directed). The result: a much, much easier POIS:Day One.
This is not easy to implement, I know, especially with work, school, family, responsibilities, etc. But even short snoozes/naps help me.
Any other similar experiences?
