Could POIS cause chronic headaches that never stop?

Hello, my name is Luke and I am new to this forum. I am 16 years old and I have had POIS since puberty which was around 12/13 years old. I did not know what was happening the first time I had an  ejaculation because I first had these symptoms that lasts up to 2 days

- Throat swelling
- Overwhelmimg heat
- Extreme fatigue
- Depressed mood
- No drive or passion
- No creativity
- Irritable mood
- headache
- lower back pain
- Itchy eyes
- hypertension

I try to abstain from masturbation for long periods of time and I feel better. But one day about 9 months ago after an ejaculation I started having a headache that never stopped and I still have a headache everyday even today. I'm not sure if this is related to that. I have like a pressure sensation in the back of my head. I recently discovered the actual disease of pois about a year ago. I am going to see a urologist about it soon. I have learned that magnesium helps reduce the headache along with coq10. I think that mine is a semen allergy but I'm not totally sure yet.  Thanks for the help.

My first sexual experience with another person resulted in the most ridiculous headache that lasted multiple days. I have never experienced headache like that again.
l do experience a much more lesser form of headache if i over do the orgasms but that usually dissapears after at most 2 good nights sleep. Mine feels like there is pressure in the front of my head.

A neurologist might be your best bet to make sure there is nothing more to your headach. There are headache specialist withing the neurology field to.
