How long do your POIS symptoms last?
« on: October 19, 2011, 08:22:07 AM »
I know some people will find themselves between categories and also that sometimes durations vary. However, pick the one that you think is truest for you overall. eg. My symptoms are mostly gone 6 days or so after O but I generally feel even more alert and more myself after more than 10 days. Also in the first couple of years of me developing POIS, my symptoms used to last much longer (one month) than they presently do. Nonetheless I put 5-7days for me because it seems to best reflect my experience now and over the last few of years.

For me its a little different...sometimes even on day 8 or day 10 I am suffering thru brain fog and at that time if I have an O again it kinds of resets all the previous brain fog and I am totally out of pois in just a moment...or in just an O...

My symptoms never truly go away they just get a little better each day after an orgasm. At about 14-15 days they tend to plateau out because I experience POIS symptoms upon sexual excitability and by two weeks my high libido makes excitability impossible to avoid leading to symptoms though passive activity.
