Unsure about POIS?

I'm 17 years old, I've suffered from illness after sex since I lost my virginity, I'm completely fine after masturbation and oral just as soon as my dick hits the vagina, boom... I'm ill. I don't even have to orgasm and I'm ill, though I do pre ejeculate so does that have anything to do with it?
My symptoms are: Fatique, braig fog and anxiety

I've got a girlfriend and I don't want this to ruin my relationship it's fucking horrendous living with this, please help?
