Guys is this even a known subset of POIS? Does this muscle spasm/non relaxing muscle thing even exist??

There is a theory (maybe inspired from "dr Lin" so it's not scientific!) :
Some guys with muscle spasms (like me) have not enough GABA. And then the orgasm is not well down-regulated, it's a strong  orgasm if we can say. Because GABA is a slow down neurotransmitter.
And then dopamine/adrenaline is not well regulated.
The points which can support this theory :
-some symptoms of low Gaba (feel cold after ejaculation muscle tremors...)
- symptoms of low dopamine on day 2 (lack of concentration, muscular weakness...)
- the fact Taurine suppress pois symptoms as a gabaergic supplement.
- the fact some guys improve symptoms by smoking cannabis
- premature ejaculation
- magnesium and B6 might help as gaba cofactor
(i have clear Mg deficit since I got pois)

Taurine = Anti-Pois

Hmmm.

My latest injury (before i posted the first post on this thread) was a transversus abdominal injury. Think it is slowly resolving with proper specialized stretching from a expert physical therapist.

Could it be im too rough? But lots of people are? That doesnt explain these muscle spasm contractions, muscles that remain in this state of contraction until physical therapy can release them??

It seems that in some cases at least, constriction of the blood vessels and capilaries is an issue. Some of us are relieved to varying degrees by taking niacin (a vaso-dilator). Other informal studies have show a relationship to vasoconstriction and POIS as well.

It could then be possible in some cases (although we see few who suffer muscular cramps) that vasoconstriction leads to cramping in overstressed muscles, whihc leads to cramping and temporary damage that this casues.

POIS is still a mystery. Thanks for your input and by all means keep us up to date on anything related to this issue.
WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!
