Bicuspid Aortic Valve + Aortic Insufficiency
« on: February 03, 2015, 09:24:25 PM »
I wanted to create a post to see if anyone had similar congenital cardiac problems, just out of curiosity.  I was born with a Bicuspid Aortic Valve (roughly 2% of the population is born with this) with Aortic Insufficiency (also called Regurgitation).   Does anyone else have anything related?

I have always had a naturally healthy heart and nobody in my family (except grandparents 80+ years old) has suffered from any heart problems at any time in their life as far as I am aware.
Symptoms last 6-7 days. Onset of muscle weakness after 30 seconds. Symptoms include: brain fog, fatigue, depression, pale skin/dark circles under eyes,  digestive problems, difficulty taking a full breath, irritability. NONE of these are present out of POIS.
