In the beginning, I didn't want to believe it because milk and cheese (especially milk) was a part of my everyday life and diet for years. But I couldn't help by noticing that everytime I drink milk or eat some cheese with my food I get a good amount of brain fog for at least 3 hours. Not that if I don't drink or eat dairy foods there is no brain fog but when I do, it adds up more! It's like some obstacles blocked my thinking and thus my speaking patterns and my brain can't function as I wish.
Do dairy foods cause you similar disruption to you guys ?
