stomach diseases and POIS

everytime I masturbate, even without orgasm I would get upset stomach and sometime diarrhea, sex affect me differently I only get some loss appetite after sex. I found out today I have antral gastritis and Helicobacter pylori.

I am not saying theres a direct connection between stomach diseases and POIS obvious stomach problems are far more common, but can stomach diseases affect how POIS affect you??like if you have stomach diseases your POIS symptoms are worse and last longer???
