i have almost all theses symptoms, unfortunately
cluser  one moderate, but still Runny nose - Sneezing, pressure in the eyes severe
cluser 2 the fatigue is strong the others symptoms are moderates
cluser 3 severe especially Muscle weakness
closer 4 severe

and also i thinck dystonia belongs to the pois s symptoms
there many poisers who have it

All mentioned in the poll plus weaker immune system in general, easier inflammations, increased visual snow and tinnitus. Also hands and legs get numbed 500% easier during sleep. Severity high especially in cognitive and irritability problems. It's a living nightmare.

Cluster 1, allergy-like symptoms:  none

Cluster 2, flu-like symptoms:  fatigue ++++, slight overall sensitivity to pain

Cluster 3, cognitive/central symptoms:  none

Cluster 3, other pellagra-like/peripheral symptoms: muscle tightness in the legs, canker sores ( if they show up, it is on day 2 or 3).

Cluster 4, emotional and psychological symptoms : my most severe and main symptoms. Irritability++++, mood swings +++, dysphoria++++, lack of motivation +++,  fatigue+++++, anxiety +++, hypotension +++, exercise intolerance +++, decreased work capacity +++, poor task management +, impulsivity ++, emotional intensity ++++, preference to be alone +++, and so on.

Cluster 1: Allergy-like symptoms: itching/burning eyes - Eczema - Asthma - Sinus problems

Cluster 2 : Flu-like symptoms: Fever/perspiration/shivering - Bad taste in the mouth/nausea

Cluster 3: Cognitive symptoms (central):  Brain fog - Lack of mental focus - Speech impairment - Insomnia / hypersomnia - Impaired problem solving capacity

Cluster 3: Other pellagra-lie symptoms (peripheral): Muscle weakness - Muscle twitch - Clumsiness - Tremor - Tingling in the extremities - Sensitivity to noise or light- Dermatitis - Dry hair/skin - Stomach ache - abdominal cramps

Cluster 4: Psychological and emotional symptoms: Anxiety - Fatigue  - Social phobia - Low self-esteem - Dysphoria

Cluster 3 is severe especially : insomnia and irritability is very bad
