Hey first off welcome to the forum, to answer your question, as other POISers would probobly agree, you would have already realised if you felt better even by abstaining for 4 days. If you don't feel better after two weeks than chances are that you don't have a reaction to ejaculation. Also are your symptoms constant throughout the 2 weeks? On another note, it seems like you are following the Paleo Auntoimmune Protocol diet which aims to heal a leaky gut and reduce inflammation in the body, what lead you to follow that diet and what made you come to this forum?

There are several points.

-First point is to make the difference of your symptoms in Pois and out of Pois. You must have some allergies and Pois but maybe no links between both.

-When we talk about grain it may refers to gluten. Some rare Pois sufferer have improvement with gluten-free diet. Lapoisse and me we follow a gluten free diet since april after Seth testimony. It seems gluten is not a culprit for us. [Anyway I have a tiny doubt about yeast, because I have diarheas when I made my bread. Some guys here talk about "sibo" but it seems dark for me].

-Grain refers to carbohydrates and then insulin release. Some of us, at least 20 sufferers, have a REAL improvement of pois symptoms when we avoid high carbohydrate diet, especially sugar in my case. You have to wonder if carbohydrates affect your Pois or not.

- About milk, cheese and dairy products, there is a very interesting unknown poit : these foods have a high insulinic index, dispite they have low glycemic index. It's a strange propriety of some protein in dairy foods.

yes I have POIS for 5 years and associated grains gluten and dairy sensitivity , i really dont who is the cause of the other for me it seems like grains causes the symptoms of pois agrevate them very much but again iam not sure if the master of this sensitiivty is inflammation from POIS itself not from food i dont have rash to these food ,  when i depende solely on vegtables and fruits my symptoms become alleviated but not cured  , but with this diet i can stand one ejaculation per week with no problem

I have recently cut out all gluten, yeasts and dairy (pasta, bread, milk...) and it helps tremendously w/ the Irritable Bowel stuff related to POIS.

I eat a high niacin/gluten free diet with plenty of green veggies and protein. (brown rice and quinoa as complex carbs)

It was a very tough adjustment, but well worth it.

I have also noticed my food sensitivities and allergies vary (some induced by POIS while others are exacerbated), have changed and are very broad at this point. If you change your diet you may be able to slowly separate out exactly what is bothering you. I keep a food journal and introduce about 4 new foods per week to see what is troublesome.

Food symptoms do seem to get better w/ extended abstinence yet do not go away entirely for me so, changing my diet was the best option and really a necessity.
37 yo M- POIS for 25yrs (since age 12). Chronic POIS- always there

Tried desensitization for 1.5yrs & was unsuccessful (POIS worse at 1/1000)

Exercising- (running/weights/situps) Low sugar diet. Supplements- limited success.Meds- Oxcarbazepine/Buspar (past-Depakote10yrs)

I follow gluten free diet since April without change in my Pois and few change at all. It improves bowel but maybe because I eat less bread. So I will stop soon.
But congratulations  to sufferers with improvements.

Thanks for the update bjim, as you know this is something I'm interested in. I followed gluten free strictly for a shorter period - a bit over a month. Well done for persisting with it so long. Like you I found an apparent improvement in digestion but not pois symptoms. It's hard to say if persisting longer is worth it.

Salam , Thanks guys very much for your cooperation with me answering my question , sorry for late reply during the last few weeks after posting this question alot of things happened that i really wanna share with you

, first of all i have significant sensitivity to Grains , Diary , tomatoe , chicken okay ! , two hours after eating them " after getting access to my blood " what ever i am doing is disturbed start feeling weird and heavy sensation in brain , like while iam sleeping i start feels hypersexual to extent of penile erection during sleeping and getting the irrisistable desire to have sex and i have to masurbate.
so that i never can exceed 4 days without orgasm :(  which aggrevate pois , i decided to construct a sechdule and cut down all the problematic food and go paleo , i found menatlity become extremely okay and the mood got okay and i can sleep well , so i can say that the food play a major role in this  but who is the cause ?  pois resulted in sensitivity or the sensitivty resulted in POIS.

well i dont know , i started seeking help from a doctor Allergist immunologist , he told me a very strange thing which was that the chronic simusitis of mine is the cause of my food allergy , well that is still weired why this affect this !!!!!!!
i took treatments for the sinusitis but actually they are all rubbish ,, now am going to do the Mediated release test of food sensitivity , and gys now i really believe that this is a kind of immunolgic syndrome that affect multisystem food related , orgasm related , it is a conginital problem and i believe now that this is allergy to a brain substance that eating , having sex and exercising activate the allergy
am waiting for your ideas  ?

I have recently cut out all gluten, yeasts and dairy (pasta, bread, milk...) and it helps tremendously w/ the Irritable Bowel stuff related to POIS.

I have been eating gluten and dairy free for a couple of months now (with a few fallbacks). The diet helped my irritable bowel a lot. It is the first time in years that I have "normal" bowel movements. Before, I used to have very frequent bowel movements, shortly after every meal - usually very liquid. Also, bloating is reduced a lot. Eating the new diet, I also have lost some weight and feel better in general. When it comes to my POIS symptoms, they are reduced as well - but that might also have to do with more frequent exercise and less stress. The improvements in digestion are good enough a reason for me to stick with this diet for now.

I have checked out a couple of books which recommend this type of diet for people with autoimmune conditions. I list them below - maybe you find them helpful. A lot of the information in these books overlaps. I find the book by Julie Daniluk the most balanced. In contrast to Susan Blum she does not try to sell her own food supplements, and the dietary recommendations are less extreme than in the books based on the Paleo approach (which I do not find too convincing).

Used to have brain fog, flue-like symptoms, un-refreshing sleep, extreme exhaustion, muscle and joint pain, digestive problems, social anxiety, urge to urinate frequently.
Used niacin in the past. Now using nanna1's maintenance stack. Exhaustion and brain fog now main problem. 3-day POIS cycle
