Do You guys experince pain here?

For the last month, I have had rather extreme pain and inflammation in the perineum (space between the testicles and anus). It makes it difficult to sit and as of recent I have had ED as a result. I have been icing frequently and sticking to an exercise/dietary routine that seems to help. But, I will be seeing a doc who understands pois, being that the inflammation has gotten so severe.

Do you guys experience acute pain in this same area? If so, what do you do about it?

I never had this symptom. But this is not the first time I read this in the Pois cummunauty.
You may have high inflammation and high pois symptoms after.

no but i have numbness in that area as well as inability to relax the muscles in that area, even after laying down properly.
